Jiggly Jiggly Heaven (ぶるんぶるん天国 Brun Brun Tengoku), aka Jiggly Heaven (ぶるん天 Brun Ten), is a moe TV anime series whose director is Seiichi Kinoshita.
The anime had lots of issues in production due to its tight budget and schedule, which collapsed due to Kinoshita delaying in checking the storyboards. As such, the storyboard deliveries were delayed, claims kept coming from the BPO and PTA, and the series' official website was closed from a DoS attacks from the incoming abusive comments.
As the final fuel to the fire, the low quality in-between animation shown in the 9th episode became synonymously known as the meltdown incident known as Boing-Nine (ぷるキュー) which became notorious internet bait and taboo reference within the animation industry. The negative impact of the collapse put much pressure for the episode's staff, including Masashi Yamada who was the animation director at that time, and thus damaging the studio's reputation.
The series was used throughout the show to demonstrate mistakes made in anime.
